1-on-1 stretching
Offered as a stand-alone session or as a complement to your craniosacral therapy session, gentle physical therapist-guided stretching helps your body integrate the release of blocks and restrictions. With your spine safely supported, we move your body through a comfortable range of motion to ease stiffness, improve mobility, and support overall balance. Stretching not only relieves tight muscles and achy joints, but also helps reduce stress on the body — leaving you feeling more open, aligned and at ease.
